Word buzzing around the Intardwebz is that Disney has blocked out two dates in 2014 for Marvel movies. We already know Sony has locked down The Amazing Spider-Man 2 for May 2, 2014, but what does Disney have in store for us on May 16, 2014, and June 27, 2014?
How does the Incredible Hulk and Agents of SHIELD sound to you?

Is anyone else tired of Hulk reboots? I know it may be different after Avengers, but…can’t bring myself to get excited.
Actually would be kind of excited about a Sentry story. Don’t know how you’d represent his story in a short film, though. Could be interesting.
Isn’t it still the “same” Hulk we saw in the last movie ? The one with Dr. Leitman ?

Why not? It’s the same director as the 2008 Hulk film, and while I wish Ed Norton were still Bruce Banner, I really really liked The Incredible Hulk from 2008. I thought that one was a super solid film. Hopefully it won’t be a reboot, but more like when they get a new Bond and the just hit the ground running and Mark Ruffalo is Bruce Banner and always has been.
well If they make these in a similar way to the recent movies leading up to the avengers then this will be freaken awesome. Iam just hoping Disney wont compromise for the sake of making things kid (3-5 of age) friendly and give us stuff like super hero squad or worse.
I’m interested in why it’s called Incredible Hulk Returns and not Hulk 2 – does something happen to the Hulk in the Avengers movie? SPOOOOOOILEEEERS
Agents of Shield is going to be a buddy cop movie. I think this one should be short film, not feature.
Sentry is interesting – to truly demonstrate his abilities they would need to compare him to other Heroes, but i don’t think they have established properties in his short film… Also Sentry was always close with Mr Fantastic, but Marvel doesn’t own those movie rights…?
I think Agents of SHIELD will probably be more along the lines of The Expendables, The Losers, The A-Team and that kind of thing.
If “Agents of SHIELD” has the guy who’s been popping up in the Marvel Movieverse all along, I’m _totally_ on board. “Phil Coulson” amuses me to no end. :D
Are the Short movies their talking about going to be live action or like little cartoon/straight to video attempts? A lot of those Short movies are characters I’d love to see a full length movie about. Although if they’re going back to the old OLD way of making movies and they add a nicely done 15 minute long Wasp movie to the beginning of the new Captain America 2 movie, that would be awesome. It’d be better than a little tiny teaser at the end of the credits and it can help really lead into a full length feature for that character. If Captain America 2 (or whatever movie) does fairly well and is seen by a lot of people, that’s a lot of people seeing your preview. I dunno, it could be a way to give people the pertinant information up front so you waste less time telling long origin stories in your first full length feature.
