Well Hellooooo beautiful!

Holy Pizza-Face Batman! Head over to Gotham City Pizzeria, and if you know where to click (ha ha), you’ll see a trailer that features the first appearance of Two Face in the upcoming Dark Knight movie.
I know, with Hulk opening this weekend, we should be focusing on that, but damn if these tid-bits from The Dark Knight don’t look good.
We are getting closer and closer each day, and I can’t wait!
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Bryce Dallas Howard is in negotiations to play John Connor’s wife in the fourth installment of the Terminator movies.
Howard last starred as Gwen Stacy in “Spider-Man 3″ and next stars in the “The Loss of a Teardrop Diamond,” based on a long-forgotten screenplay by Tennessee Williams.
Terminator Salvation: The Future Begins stars Christian Bale as John Connor, and is being directed by McG. As wild and over the top McG’s editing and directing style are, I’m very interested to see what he comes up with in this fourth movie.

If you didn’t get to see Iron Man this weekend, you not only missed a great movie, but you missed trailers for some of this summer’s big movies, including The Dark Knight from Warner Bros. Yesterday, the Why So Serious? website updated itself with the theatrical trailer, that you can see here. You can also download a high resolution version of the trailers too.

The New York Times has an article covering The Dark Knight movie, and has four new photos to boot.
In a political context this would politely be called an “unintended consequence.” (Gotham as Baghdad, anyone?) Mr. Nolan doesn’t deny the overtones. “As we looked through the comics, there was this fascinating idea that Batman’s presence in Gotham actually attracts criminals to Gotham, attracts lunacy,” he said. “When you’re dealing with questionable notions like people taking the law into their own hands, you have to really ask, where does that lead? That’s what makes the character so dark, because he expresses a vengeful desire.”
Can Not Wait!
I got a phone call this weekend from none other than Harvey Dent, asking me - ME to help him with his campaign to get elected as the district attorney of Gotham City.
Of course there’s a catch. You have to head over to I Believe in Harvey Dent and download a bunch of signs and posters that you print out and decorate your office, room, neighborhood.

Following all that fun, take pictures or videos of your Harvey Dent Campaign exploits and you could be a star in Warner Bros. new viral campaign for the upcoming Batman flick.

WB is continuing the viral campaign for The Dark Knight by updating the ibelieveinharveydent.com website.
Go ahead and sign up for updates, and you’ll get this in your email.
Citizens of Gotham! The future of our city rests in your hands!
Alone, we are helpless against the thugs and killers menacing our city.
Together, we have the power to take back Gotham.
In just a few days, you’ll find out how.
Wonder what happens when you enter your phone number?
The headline is a bit misleading. What it really should say is Sony buys the rights to distribute the next Terminator movie, staring Batman’s Christian Bale, internationally.
McG will helm the film, the first in a new “Terminator” trilogy that stars Christian Bale as John Connor. The project also reunites John Brancato and Michael Ferris, who partnered to pen “Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines,” as well as Moritz Borman, a producer on the 2003 film.
Terminator Salvation: The Future Begins is scheduled to be in theaters in the first half of 2009.

The Dark Knight movie viral website got an update recently, removing the original content and replacing it with the above image. Hmmm… Long Halloween anyone? I would check the site on October 31st to see what happens.

Remember when the viral marketing website for The Dark Knight had a hidden message that said, “See you in December”? Many suspected (myself included) that would be when the first major trailer for the movie would drop, but according to the Omelete, IMAX movies goes may be getting a seven minute preview in front of Will Smith’s I Am Legend.
Very cool news if true, very bad news for those of us without an IMAX theater close by.

Variety had a small tid-bit saying Beatrice Rosen and Joshua Harto have joined the cast of The Dark Knight. There is no info at this time on the parts they are playing, although Harto could be a rather convincing Jimmy Olsen if they were looking to inject some World’s Finest into the flick.
