I like James Robinson a lot. I like Cully Hammer, I like The Shade. But the question I have to ask is will he remain cool after becoming the protagonist? Also I always pictured him to be an Effeminate Fop, Cully’s rendition seems more Seventies groovy man of mystery to me for some reason…
Does this occur in the DCnU? Hard to believe there could be a Starman museum when superheroes have only been around 5 years.
They’ve already announced that the JSA is part of DCnU, in Robinson’s upcoming series, so I don’t see why Starman couldn’t have a museum. DC has already said there’s an Earth-2 in the DCnU, so anything is really possible. We’ll just have to read the series and see how Robinson ties it in, and where/when Robinson’s new JSA book occurs.
And even in the main universe (is it still called New Earth?), we know Batman and Robin have been operating for more than 5 years. The marketing statements about Superman’s status as the “first” are pretty vague and can be interpreted in a number of ways.
