Raist, two questions for you.
1. Are you a Rebublican, Democrat or an independant? If an independant, do you tend to lean right like Rush Limbaugh or Left like Castro and Hitler?
2. Which religion do you think is the best?

So yeah I'm gonna try to stay out of political/religious discussions. Censorship ties into all of our lives so I'm sure you can bait me there.

Also, Raist, do you think Slappy should be censored from trolling new members? If so, please provide strong religious or political reasons to support your argument.

1) Independent; Nice try on the lean choices but I won't bite there.
2) None of the Above
I used to ride my St Bernard when I was really little, he was around for all of my childhood and miss him still. As for Slappy he is free to say what he wants and attempt to troll bait me. It isn't for the powers that be to stop him from asking the questions but my responsibility to answer those questions rationally, responsibly and respectfully. Or much like your wanting me to give examples I can just ignore it

lol All so true. You fit in already!
Slappy and I have an ongoing war for total world domination. It's all in fun but I'm still going to win. ... and, really, that's the important thing.

war, yes.
What Navvy keeps forgetting is that I am not into world domination but into the resistance movement. Against dominating political structures like Navs dreams and that idiot robot overlord you hear about from time to time.

I realized during Slappy's call on Podcast #400 that I signed up for the forums, posted twice, and then stopped. This is unacceptable, and I apologize.
To rectify this, I am going to do an introduction. My name is George (shocking, I know). I'm a ripe old 27, and I've been listening to the podcasts here since just after Critical Hit started. I was finishing another actual play podcast, and iTunes directed me towards Critical Hit when I went looking for a new one. I started listening to Major Spoilers after a week or two of Critical Hit, and I haven't looked back.
I've always been a fan of the various topics covered by Major Spoilers (well, maybe not porn; I didn't really know about that until I started growing older). I collected comics as a kid and was ridiculously rough on them... They sadly didn't stand up to the years well. As I moved into my teens, I stopped buying comics and focused more on books and movies. In college, I was pulled into the worlds of Magic and Dungeons & Dragons. While my love of Magic has waned over the years, my love for roleplaying games has only grown. I play in a game weekly with several friends online (we're spread across the states from South Dakota to Indiana), and one of the campaigns lasted almost five years.
After I started listening to Major Spoilers, I began picking up some comics again. I'm happy to say that, based on recommendations from the guys, I've now read most of Invincible, Locke and Key, I Kill Giants, Atomic Robo, and several others.
A few other things about me – I’m an unrepentant smartass, my middle name was inspired by a Doctor Who character, Pope John Paul II almost broke my mother’s ankle once, and I can sing “I’m my own Grandpa” by heart.

Heyas there George I have heard of you on MSP several times. Too bad you never have anything to say
I'm really wanting the story behind the pope and your mom. It sounds entertaining but maybe just a good concept for a story when in reality very little payoff eh?
Slappy mentioned me in his call and eluded to trading barbs on the forums so watch yourself! He an Navarre seem to be recruiting...for what remains unclear to me but may have something to do with Trolls. Damn dirty trolls ><
Anyways good to have you on the boards. I have a review written up for Ratfist coming up and am thinking about calling it in if I have the time/nerve. So I will be trying to contribute and hope you have more to say in the future =P

Yeah, I’m just a big ball of nothing worth paying attention to.
The pope story is actually a lot of fun. One of these days I’ll take the time to type it all out and share it with the world. My mother will be mortified if I tell her that I’ve done so, but that’s just added incentive to do so.
One of these days I’ll also have to call in to the show, but Stephen will probably just skip it and say, “GeorgeDubya called in, but he didn’t have anything to say worth listening to.”

Nah, that's just everyone else's catchphrase when I'm involved. "Not worth (insert appropriate verb and potentially 'to' here)." [Commonly used versions include: reading, watching, listening to, paying attention to, and heeding.]

Hello all. Cronus247 is the name and i am into comics, long walks on the beach and romanti....wait...crap wrong site! Anyhoo i'm am a huge DC fan and follow most of the new 52 books as well as some smaller companies. i love movies video games and i will give anything a try at least once. unless rob Liefeld is attached (i'm still pissed that he regressed robins costume back to fairy boots and swim trunks in his teen titans run a couple years ago)
i found the MSP thru critical hit about a year ago and haven't looked back since. i have found a few new interests because of this site and podcast including but not limited to becoming a dungeon master (thank you Mr. Lopez) and digital comics.
thank you to the major spoilers crew for making my days at work bearable. Rodrigo's dry humor, Matthew's wrestling analogies and possibly being just as insane as i am and yes even Stephens ipad and love for legends of the dark night.

Hello, I'm Mangles. I recently was reintroduced to comics by way of downloading the MS podcast on a whim to help break up boredom at my job. Their enthusiasm made me pick up a few of the New 52, and now I read Animal Man and Swamp Thing regularly.
