Champions Online for me. Loving it! Started with recreating superhero and villain powersets, now running a Might character with Invulnerability (from Power Armor's framework) and loving my ability to control a crowd through KB/KD/KU and stuns.

Running a mighty character myself. Of course, I still spend most of my time creating new heroes and playing them to level 12. My brother and I would love to start a super group, but we need 3 other heroes to join. So, if you're online and want to join a casual group, look up Brick House @culbertson.

If you are interested in joining, I am a member of the Legion of Heroes, the official Hero Games SG. I play mainly Dr. Kara Lokidottir@svzurich and am still loving the game. The SG is founded by Steve Long, one of the top people at DOJ/Hero Games, and the guy who sold Cryptic the rights to the Champions IP. We're very casual and love to help those who need it, but largely like solo play. The Hero system was the rule set for Champions, and many of the pnp game designers are in the SG.

Just finished 100% of Arkham Asylum on medium difficulty... All challenges, all riddler stuff... everything. Started the Hard setting last night, really interesting how hard the basic grunts are to fight with the attack indicators disabled like this... becomes much more about sensing a rhythm than relying on a visual cue... I appreciate the increase in difficulty. Overall it was a brilliant game... probably the best superhero single player game I've ever played*. Whilst the depth of some of the injokes and references was great, the unlockable content should have been far more rewarding than a 3d maquette of characters you really see enough of during the game. Also, considering I found beating the challenges harder than the actual game, something should have unlocked upon completing them all.
*Because, ashamedly, fighting as Daredevil Vs Daredevil in Marvel Nemesis in two player battle against my best mate, remains the most stupid fun I've ever had playing videogames.

The game I am playing at the moment is Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 which is a great game. But of course I would say that It was a Marvel game, but before this I was playing Batman AA and too was a brilliant game.

Is MUA2 based on the Civil War story line?

MAU2 is broken into 3 acts.
Act I: Is based on Furry's secret war.
Act II: Is based on the Civil war
Act III: Is loosely based on the secret Invasion. The nanites that control the criminals develop a hive mind and start infecting everyone.
The first 2 acts are quite true to the comics. Only act III was added for the game.

I'm only playing 3.5 D&D, as usual.
I saw the advertisement for Assassin's Creed 2. Looks cool.

It's only D&D 3.5 for me, I don't have that much time between work and studying. Two different games each week though, so I got that going for me, which is nice.
I try to run some other games on occasion, but it's a rare occurrence. And thanks to Critical Hit, I want to play 4th edition, but I can't, since I'm stuck with a group of players who say 4th ed isn't even a RPG. Ah well, I'll just have to be content with Torq and the Torqletones...not to mention Philipus Prime and his band of merry envoys.
I hardly play on console anymore (I don't want to buy a 360 or a PS3, if I do I'll just stop working altogether) and my laptop really isn't built for gaming, so...
But I'm always following on new games, which can get very tantalizing. I'll agree, Assassin 2 looks very good.

If you like Fallout, you would like Borderlands. Borderlands is essentially sacrificing the HUMONGOUS map from Fallout 2, for a large map the size of hyrule field. You get to choose 1 of 4 classes, and each have their own abilities. There is the stealthy SMG girl who can phase in an out of reality, The sniper who summons a hawk, The heavy munitions expert who can summon a support turret, and the berserker.
The best feature in my opinion is the ability to work with other players in multiplayer mode.
It is filled with plenty of achievements to get.
The weapons are A W E S O M E. One of my favorites was a rocket launcher that shot rockets, that then shot more rockets, each of which shot a final array of rockets.
Overall I would rate it:
8/10 Gameplay
8/10 Graphics
9/10 sound
7/10 Replayability
8/10 Gore
8/10 Level Design
7/10 Enemy Design
9/10 Boss Design (the boss intros cut shots are hilarious. One has a caption something like "You are definitely not friends".)
It is a game that is worth playing through 4 times, just to experience the challenge of each class.
Overall, if you have friends who have it....buy it for the PC/XBOX 360. (I would prefer PC, for future add ons and possible player content...I also like hacking it occasionally)
If you don't, rent it for the XBOX 360 for a week or two.
