Here's a cool little article, from my favorite movie site.
http://www.empireonline.com/features/comic-book-costumes-film-comparison/
What comic costumes made the best transition from panel to frame?

While I didn't care about the movie, the Spider Man costume in 2012 release was decent.  I'm still waiting for a Power Pack movie!  *pout*

The jumper suits would concern someone, I'm sure. I had never thought of a Power Pack movie though and actually think that might be a good movie if done right. Seems like something Disney could easily handle.

Tried to watch that, couldn't wrap my head around the main Villainess...

Really? I thought the villainess and her back story was rather clever for what the movie needed.

Maybe it's because, at the time that I watched it, I was ignorant of the connotation behind the word "cougar"...

I didn't expect the twist in the character's origin. So while i was enjoying a somewhat, but intentionally, cliched movie I was also treated with a surprise. Combined with the music, fun, romance, teen angst, and both Danielle Panabaker and Mary Elizabeth Winstead, I had no complaints.

ive always loved mediocre superpowers,

back on topic, I loved the costumes in Mystery Men, i especially liked the vigorous sewing montage as they made new ones.

The Incredibles specifically addressed costume design and I liked that.

I loved that.  Before the movie came out, I used to use a similar reasoning for why I didn't use a cape in City of Heroes (as an in-character reason, not just because they had to be unlocked).

The Flash costume for the TV series was a nice transition.  Despite Barry being the lead, the series was mostly Wally material.

One of my problems with movie adaptations is that wonderfully designed, colorful uniforms always seem to end up rendered into indistinguishable sculpted black armored bodysuits.

Affleck hate aside, (the directors cut was quite good IMO)
I really liked the daredevil costume
