Here's how I would make the Incredible Hulk as a companion monster

The Incredible Hulk (Level 5 Elite Brute)
Large natural humanoid (human)                     Initiative +4
HP 186; Bloodied 93                                     Perception +7 Low-Light vision
Regeneration 10 (if the incredible hulk takes damage regeneration does not function until the end of its next turn)
AC 23; Fortitude 22; Reflex 17; Will 15
Speed 8
Immune charm, fear, disease   Resist 5 all
Saving Throws +2; Action Points 1

Gamma Healing (healing)
If the incredible hulk is reduced to 0 hit points by an attack that does not deal acid or fire damage, it rises on its next turn (as a move action) with 15 hit points.

Punch (Melee basic attack); At-Will
Reach 2; +8 vs. AC
Hit: 2d6 + 6 damage, and the target is pushed 4 squares.

Grab; Recharge 5,6
Reach 2; +6 vs. Fortitude
Hit: 4d6 + 3 damage and the target is grabbed (until escape)

Improvised Weapon; At-Will
Requirements: A creature must be grabbed.
Reach 2 (One creature other than the grabbed creature); +8 vs. AC
Hit: 2d8 + 6 damage and the grabbed creature takes half this damage and is dazed (save ends). When grabbing a creature wearing heavy armor, the incredible hulk deals +6 damage with this attack, but the grabbed creature is not dazed.

Throw; Encounter
Requirements: A creature must be grabbed.
Ranged 20; +6 vs. Reflex
Hit: 2d10 +7 damage and the grabbed creature is no longer grabbed, and appears in a space adjacent to the target.

Skills: Athletics +13, Endurance +12
Str 22
Con 21
Dex 15
Int 7
Wis 11
Cha 7

Alignment: Unaligned (True Neutral)
Languages: Giant, Common

That's cool!

3.5 Miniatures Handbook has a Prestige Class called "War Hulk" that, instead of a BaB increase each level it receives a +2 boost to its Strength Ability score every level.

I've always liked this sort of class-style but, like your Hulk being a companion, the War Hulk is better used as an NPC.

These are all pretty cool though.

Throwing a couple of suggestions out for anyone to tackle.

First off I wanted to see a Super Sentai character, and seeing as the Rangers of Mahou Sentai Magiranger actually use spells in their arsenal, I thought they might be interesting to translate.  Feel free to choose any ranger (each has a different elemental power, so one might be easier or more interesting to translate).

Secondly, I'm curious how the Green Lantern G'nort would turn out.

Third, just for fun, the puppet version of Angel from the episode "Smile Time".

Don't sell him short, he actually managed to do some good during his time as a GL (and even a bit after), even if most of it was by accident.  He may not be the brightest bulb in the box, but what he lacks in intelligence he more than makes up for in heart.

Lanterns are a bit more difficult to flavor for D&D, but the Psion (a psychic magic-user) would probably be most feasible, possibly with Multi-class Monk (martial artist type)

I'm trying to recall the stats of the GL ring my DM made for me (one christmas, he made an item based on each players favorite comic or movie characters for each of us, including a Captain America shield, a lightsaber, etc).  I've got the info somewhere in a box in the far back of the closet, but off the top of my head I remember it was essentially a free use of a few minor spells flavored to mimic what a GL ring could do (an attack, a defensive shield, a heal and a couple others) and a few stat bonuses.

I've never tried building a character to fully mimic a GL, though, at least not with D&D rules.  The idea has been in the back of my head for years, but as I've not had a steady group in some time I've just never gotten around to it.

In D&D 4E, Psion's powers are called Disciplines, and are divided into Telekinesis and Telepathy. Telekinetic powers tend to be force damage, while Telepathic powers are psychic. Psions, like Ardents and Battleminds, are given a set number of Power Points per encounter, with various means to get more and recover them during combat, that can increase the damage or add effects to your powers; these replace the Encounter attack powers that one would normally receive.

On the other hand, the Monk (which should not be considered a Psionic Class) has Disciplines with a special keyword called Full Discipline. These Disciplines allow Monks to use various kinds of movements using the Monk's Move Action (move extra squares for example), but the Monk can then use only the Standard Action tied to the same Move Action.

For example, a Monk uses it's Dancing Cobra Move to move its speed +2 (8-9 squares), the Monk, if he or she chooses to Attack, must use the Dancing Cobra attack. Once a Monk has used both the Standard Action and Move Action of the Full Discipline, he or she exits that state.

For the Green Lantern you asked about. What about a Long Tooth Shifter Shaman. Take the Protector Spirit Class Feature and just Role Play the Totem as a Ring.

That's just my 2 cents.
