Tondi-, just some clarification on your Disheartening Strike;
Because you are Trained in Intimidate, creatures hit by exploits with the Rattling keyword take a -2 penalty to Attack rolls until the end of their next turn.
This is the entry for Rattling in the printed Rules Compendium:
"If a creature has training in Intimidate and deals damage with a power that has the rattling keyword, the target takes a -2 penalty to attack rolls until the end of the user's next turn. A target immune to fear is not subject to this effect."
So, mostly right, just a bit off. Surprised by that last clause, though, since that's an Immunity of many Solo monsters.

Sorry, keep going back to the texts and making sure I know the rules...
Tondi-, your Ruthless Ruffian Mace damage bonus only applies to powers with the rattling keyword. So, if you used your Mace with Guarded Attack, for instance, you wouldn't get the Strength bonus to damage.
Geez, Brin is a complicated character to keep track of X^X

Maybe send him a PM He's been on almost once a day every day. Maybe he's just to busy to post but has enough time to read and get caught up.

although havent a clue as to his schedule other than being on nights, hopefully now that the weekends here thing's will ease up for folks, hopefully George'll get a chance to roll his initiative at least.
I definitly know what a hassle getting online can be when you're busy, last year I was working a full time job, and two part time, along with going to school and living with a wife and two kids, I think i got on facebook twoce in a six month period, lol.
on a gaming related topic, I can use whetstones on my maul, can't I? or does it have to be a bladed weapon?

It's at will and can be ranged or melee.

Whetstones can be applied to any weapon I think, you'd just be putting a sharp edge on the corners for extra ouchness

Any Whetstone can be applied to any weapon, enchanted or otherwise; HOWEVER, the Augmented Whetstone can
not
stack with enhancement bonuses already on magic weapons. So, for Vold's Bloodclaw Maul +1, applying a Heroic Tier Augmented Whetstone would turn its enhancement attack and damage bonus to +2, not +3.
My favorite is the Caustic Whetstone, personally

Any effect works.
Using Caustic Whetstone as an example, once you apply it to your weapon with a Minor Action, EVERY hit with that weapon deals Ongoing 2 acid damage (save ends). The only time something nullifies is when determining bonuses.
Recently on the character builder I was working with dummy characters and had a Cloak of Awareness +2 and a Headband of Perception (heroic tier). Instead of +3 to Perception, the bonus was only +2; reason being that both provide an
item
bonus, so only the higher of the 2 get counted.

You have to read they TYPE of bonus you're getting from each thing. You can have a feat bonus an item bonus a power bonus a racial bonus and an item bonus that would all stak together. However once you have 2 power bonuses or 2 items bonuses (ect) you automatically get the take the higher bonus only. Just like temp HP more than one bonus of the same type does not stack.

As much as I would love to start this combat I think we need a conformation on George before we start fighting. I just don't want him to miss out if he's still going to be playing. Up to you Eothr if you want to continue or not since you're the DM.
I would say if we haven't hear from him by Monday just go for it and we'll have to continue on with out him. Sadly he's our controler.
