Excellent questions, guys.
First, Burst and Area attacks are one-roll hits all, just like Critical Hit.
Second, Initiative is taken into account; after everyone rolls, the cumulative Initiative is compared to the cumulative Initiative of the monsters. That determines which group goes first. After that its party group vs. monster group. This makes PbP easier for everyone.
Thank you so much for doing it this way! IMO it's the only way to go with pbp. |

An NPC in my game, a half-orc Barbarian, bought a bowler hat because he thought it would help him "blend in". http://www.majorspoilers.com/smf/index.php/topic,1477.msg26526.html#msg26526As you can see by looking at Vinnrog Redclub, it didn't help.  |

Lol, I'm thinking of maybe some kind of saddle hat eventually.
Maybe as he gets more civilized he'll try some of this "cloth" but for now its dead hairy elephants
