Quick question for Eothr.

Are we going to be doing burst powers Critical Hit style (one attack roll and one damage roll for the whole area)?

Are we running things in 'initiative order', so everyone goes in turn order, or are we doing 'monster turn and party turn' where in the party turn anyone goes in any order? Seen it done both ways and was just wondering.

Excellent questions, guys.

First, Burst and Area attacks are one-roll hits all, just like Critical Hit.

Second, Initiative is taken into account; after everyone rolls, the cumulative Initiative is compared to the cumulative Initiative of the monsters. That determines which group goes first. After that its party group vs. monster group. This makes PbP easier for everyone.

For Dacian, Ultime, and Wingtip, I leave it up to you what your origin Guardian's coat of arms might be. Adamant's was described on the Genasi Sergeant.

Magnus', which Vold can remember, is a slate grey coat of arms with the symbol of Bane prominently displayed over a horse's profile. The symbol, which can be found on page 162 of the DMG, is a harsh teardrop with curved horns pointed downward, all in black.

Cygnus', home of the Kingdom of Valestia, is a crossed axe and hammer over a fiery anvil. The weapons are red, the anvil is orange, and the coat is gold.

In essence. It's also the symbol of your faction. So, while Wingtip is a Paladin of Corellon, he might also be a Crusader of the Seraphim Host; Ultime, while from Aurora the Phoenix, is a scholar of Arcana Academia, rather than a mageknight of the Union Coalition.
