I think all there is is to be from a guardian that's currently unused, you'll get a skill bonus from being from one of the two that's left,
I believe Adamant, (+2 to diplomacy and bluff) and Cygnus, (+2 dungeoneering, athletics) are both available

Sorry for not being here yesterday, I visited with some friends for the first time in months, and then got slammed with work until midnight.
Tondi-, your character's good, but you forgot to pick your 3rd At-Will attack power as a Human; my advise would be Piercing Strike, so that you have an at-will that targets Reflex, or Clever Strike, which allows you to gain Combat Advantage against your target without flanking.

Ugh thank your for mentioning this I thought he should have 5 attacks but then couldn't remember why and felt stupid since the rest of us only had 4. |

Heroic effort can be found on wizards website in the 4e errata update for the PHB.
Humans get the choice between the bonus At-will and Heroic Effort.
Heroic Effort
Encounter No Action
Personal
Trigger: You miss with an attack or fail a saving throw.
Effect: You gain a +4 racial bonus to the attack roll or the saving throw.

It's really strong in the beginning of the game for the attack bonus but since it never gets stronger it tends to be less effective around Paragon Teir. It's always nice for the saving throw boost though since DC on that is always 10 unless noted otherwise.
