Wow, I haven't thought about the GameCube in years...

If you can find them, which is going to be the hard part, these are some of my favorites;

Tales of Symphonia (RPG)
Skies of Arcadia: Legends (RPG)
Super Smash Bros. Melee (Fighting)
Soul Caliber II (Fighting)
Star Wars Rogue Leader: Rogue Squadron II (Simulation)
Metroid Prime (Shooter/Adventure)
Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker (Action/Adventure)
Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess (Action/Adventure)
Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance (Tactical RPG)
Need for Speed: Most Wanted (Racing)

Tales of Symphonia was such a great game, I wish I still had it and my gamecube to play with my kids.

Though it get's repetitave and I've never beat the whole game because it's that damn hard on episode 2 PSO is a great game with Meh graphics.

PSO - Phantasy Star Online

You can't play online anymore at least not the game cube version but it was still a fun game to play.

If you can find it (and I'd be damned surprised if you could), look for the Game Player and a copy of Golden Sun for the Game Boy Advance. The Game Player attaches to the base of the GameCube, and plays GBA games on the television, and Golden Sun is a 16-bit RPG that is reminiscent of the old Chrono Trigger and Final Fantasy days.
