There's a lot here to browse but what does everyone recommend highly? I have a pull list as long as my arm but not the disposable income to comfortably back it up.

.Animal Man
.Marceline and the Scream Queens
.Swamp Thing
.Guarding the Globe
.The spider
.Justice League
.Justice League International
.My little pony friendship is magic
.Blue Beetle
.Happy!
.Before Watchmen Comedian
.Before Watchmen Minutemen
.Before Watchmen Silk Spectre
.Before Watchmen Dr Manhattan
.Before Watchmen Nite Owl
.Before Watchmen Rorshach
.Before Watchmen Ozymandias
.Steed and Mrs Peel
.Journey into mystery
.Fables Fairest
.Ame comi girls
.Phantom Stranger
.Phantom Lady
.Adventure time
.Saga
.Dial H
.Green Lantern New Guardians
.Billy the Kid's Old Timey Oddities
.The Goon
.Invincible
.The rocketeer
.Uncanny X-force
.Defenders
.It Girl and the Atomics
.Spider-Men
.Chew
.Flash
.Teen Titans
.Suicide Squad
.Earth Two
.All Star Western
.Uncanny X-Men
.Mars Attacks

What would you drop and what would you highly recommend? Obviously a few of these are ending soon-ish and a few are about to start so I'm not to stressed about trimming the fat. I'm also looking into getting more indy title, the new 52 seems to lack the sense of humor the previous DCU had in spades.

I'm not sure how to answer this. Everyone's tastes are different.

Are you reading all of these titles??

If so, you must know which ones you like. So I would start placing them in the order of "if I had to drop one of these two titles, which one would it be?" and continue that process until you have everything in order of preference based on the title itself.

Then go through the list and see which ones you expect to be ending or making a change soon with which you are uncomfortable and strike those. Of the ones that remain, take your budget and start subtracting the cost of each title from it (beginning at the top) until you are buying all the preferred titles you can afford.

That will be your new pull list.

Yes, excluding the yet to be released titles I read all of these. As far as personal preference goes titles with a good sense of humor like the Goon and Invincible are my greatest monthly pleasure. I already dropped a few titles, like batwoman which I was only reading because it was pretty, but hey good writing is good writing and I can latch onto most series. Its a case of quality over characters with me, I love blue beetle but I was so close to dropping until recently when they spoke of Booster Golds time travelling, something I have been waiting for since the beginning of the new 52, the writing has picked up a little since then.

All that Before Watchman stuff is going to make an excellent omnibus someday, and that is when I will be buying it Smiley

JLI is going away (There's one)

I won't talk any smack on you being a Brony Smiley

Teen Titans lost me after The Culling tie-in deally.

I can't believe anyone is buying a GL book without buying the main GL book. The whole buildup to the War of the Third Army crossovers has been really fun.

Your list is fine. Keep buying Smiley

I was picking up guardians because of the reach crossover and worked backwards from there, not the best but that cosmic solarium thing was one of those big dumb improbable ideas that I love so much. I haven't had anybody recommend me the core GL title but I may pick up the trade. The shop I work in has two real groups, one well rounded average comic group and the other full of AvX, Avengers devotees so its often a little hard to get a solid and well thought through recommendation.
