Batman Wins.
Both are peak athletes, Both are well trained strategists, and fighters.
Captain America has the Supersoldier serum that gives him multiple advantages, all of which Batman has faced in Hand to Hand before.
If Bats and Cap meet and fight, Batman is the more ruthless of the two with a bag of tricks to assist him fight dirty.  Cap has the shield and has the knowhow to go when the chips are down, but Batman tends to transcend the human.

Yeah, I concur that the bat would win, but not the way the fan vid has it going. If the bat wins, its with a gas grenade or some other gadget, not punches.

Also, that Spiderman would defeat the bat. He has good luck in a fight equal to his bad luck in life.
