Are ye set wit' the all o' this plan, Liv? By my seein' we be leavin' ye in safe 'ands. Me only worry be gettin' Faerun back on our side o' things."

Bedlor looks to Moira

"Sure'n ye be a might relaxed o'er not 'avin' to play the part o' yer twin from this world in the West city, but ye may be needin' to play a role wit' Faerun. Tuggin' a strings o' the 'eart be a dangerous game, I be knowin', but...sure'n it be nothin' ye not be wantin' in small part. An' ye'd be keepin' the gnome an' the all o' the world safe in the doin'. Ye be thinkin' yerself able, girl?"

[Navarre]

Moira stands pensively next to you, Bedlor. Though she towers over you in a way few females do, she seems very small somehow at this moment.

"When I met Faerun, his heart was still breaking over what had happened between him and Chikanna. Even as my feelings grew for him, I reserved myself for fear that I might somehow hurt him even more."

"But he was sweet and loyal to his friends. He was funny even though he didn't know it. And he is so very smart; smarter than any of the elder sages in Hallow Hold even."

"I couldn't help my heart and what it spoke to me. So I followed it."

"My time with Faerun was 'nice'. He's a great guy."

"But he's so lost in his own thoughts all the time. Always so intense, you can almost hear the gears turning in his head. I know he cares for me. I even think he loves me."

"But it isn't the sort of love that will hold us together...not for my part at least. I thought it better to let him know but I was having trouble saying it to him. To his credit, he figured it out."

"I suppose I made that easier to see, even though I wasn't doing it intentionally. It was only after Faerun left that I have really come to terms with the truth: I am in love. It simply isn't with Faerun."

"So I hope you understand how guilty I feel. Maybe I shouldn't. None of us can help how we feel, only what we do. But I am also being asked to do something too; to use Faerun's feelings to get what we, the world, needs."

"I can do that. I have to if that is what it takes to save the entire universe. But I can't do it alone."

Moira takes the smallest of steps toward you, barely more than leaning closer. Her soft red tresses fall lightly on your left shoulder.

"I don't need your words right now, Bedlor. Not this time. ... We have two hours until we arrive at the city."

Tren stands up and quickly winks to Serena.

"I am going to go get ready. Any chance you have an apothecary, a place where i could purchase scrolls and an armory. Maybe a place to lie down for awhile?"

[Navarre]

Coby grins.

"I don't know about magic scrolls and such, though Aldina might help you. But if there's anything mundane you want, just make a wish to the castle."

"...It'll make any kind of bedroom you want too," he winks.

[Strifeter]

Tren motions for Serenas hand and whispers to her.


"I'll let you do the wishing"

The grin on Serena's face is positively lascivious.

"What's the expression? ... You should be careful what I wish for?"

The blonde enchantress leads you by the collar of your tunic through a door that suddenly appears in the wall. Your friends think they see a large four poster bed fitted with several leather straps and a hanging trapeze over it as you disappear into one of Serena's fantasies.

[Gaumer]

Bedlor gives Moira a blank expression

"Aye, let's be goin' somewhere quiet, girl."

Bed leaves with Moira to somewhere they can find privacy

"Ye speak out o' turn, missy. No matter yer feelin's for ANYONE they be 'avin' no place to be comin' out at a table made for plannin' war. It just not be right.

What else not be right is talk o' us needin' ye to be controlin' yer emotions to be gettin' to Faerun to be savin' the all o' the world, an' ye be actin' worse than the gnome by sayin' such 'bout yer feelin's in such a way. Sure'n ye be 'avin' 'bout a firm o' grip on yer feelin's as Faerun be 'avin'.

I be lovin' the all o' Pandia's world by 'er 'avin' touched it 'lone; but I be fearin' the love ye 'ave for me can not be returned in the way ye'd see fit. I not be sayin' it not be a fun sort o' time spent; I be thinkin' it be a might bit o' fun at that; but sure'n I be 'oldin' ye as a friend an' I not want anything to be 'urtin' that, for me 'eart tells me it can be nothin' more."

Moira stops walking and locks eyes with you.

"Are you really going to stand there right now and tell me how I'm out of turn? You are quick to offer your opinion, quite vocally, on everyone and everything. And I stand by you while you do it."

"Are you truly taking time to chastise me? Now??"

"Ye damn right I be!

I not be callin' folks out on anything as personal as the feelin's ye be speakin' o' in that war room. 'WAR ROOM' Where we be speakin' o' just 'bout the exact opposite o' love an' such. There be no place for it in such a place.

I be 'avin' no troubles wit' folks, especially friends, sharin' their feelin's wit' one another, but doin' so in there 'round 'em new comers while we talk 'bout death an' war an' sendin' folks into danger not be the wisest o' doin's I e'er be seein' ye do.

It be torn asunder by war, far more than the one we be comin' from, an' that damage been done by the couplin' o' ones that be lookin' like ye an' lookin' like me. Our twins in this world be a dangerous partnership, one that be puttin' a bad light on the two o' us wit'out us doin' a thing or sayin' a word. Us actin' more like those two evil-doers be makin' that bad light e'en worse, an' at a moment when we be set to be makin' new allies, something that always be 'ard for us yet 'elps us so.

All I be sayin' 'bout yer speakin' to me be that yer timin' an' choice o' scene could 'ave been a might better. But sure'n yer aim was to be makin' some grand tellin' o' yer feelin's for nothin' but easin' yer own emotions, an' ye need to be more careful."

Moira's bottom lip quivers as she takes a breath that staggers in her throat.

"I did not mean to...It is just, I keep dying and watching everything go wrong and now I'm the tyrant of the world and ..."

"I am sorry I am so selfish, Bedlor. I won't make any more mistakes with you," she says flatly as she spins on her heels and starts for a different wall where a new door instantly appears.

[Gaumer]

"Oi, an' ye be the only one meetin' yer end an' becomin' a tyrant? What o' the weight o' this 'ammer I carry an' the title that comes wit' it, eh? An' I not 'ere the more o' this group askin' ye for what ye think an' where be goin' next than meself. That talk be more selfish than anything ye said in that room.

I not be wantin' ye to keep what ye feel needs sharin' from me. We be friends an' it be the way o' things. I only ask that ye take care to come to me, an' only me, wit' yer feelin's that be only 'bout me. It not be such o' selfishness but respect.

Maybe the weight o' Warsong be sharpenin' me mind more to this fact, but we not be exactly an ordinary sort o' folk wit' ordinary sorts o' doin's. Takin' more care in all o' what we do be the only way to be reachin' our ends, an' savin' this world.

I be 'opin' yer mistakes be less wit' the all o' our group, not just a dwarf ye be 'avin' eyes for."

[Navarre]

Moira sighs and nods, seemingly on the verge of tears.

"I'm sorry. I wasn't thinking. I always try so hard to tend to my duty and, after yesterday, I suppose I feel like everything will be erased or rearranged at any moment."

"I only know that I don't want to lose another day without having something just for myself. I guess that is the very definition of selfish and I was out of line."

"I won't do that again. But, right now, I just don't care."

"I don't want to walk through another door and talk about purpose. And I don't want to go into another room and be your 'friend'."

"You tell me if I'm going to walk through that door alone or not."

[Gaumer]

"There be no reason for bein' sorry. Times be takin' their toll on the lot o' us.

Yer duty be whatever it be that makes ye 'appy. Yer choice 'as been to come an' do good wit' us; savin' the world an' such; but ye must be makin' that choice on yer own day after day, same as I do. If'n today ye not feelin' like savin' the world, or for two 'ours or so, an' ye feel like takin' that time an' choose for us to be more than friends for a couple o' 'ours, I'd be inclined to make the same choice meself.

The only warnin' be that after those two 'ours be done, I'd be choosin' to go back to the way things be now, an' I feel I'd not 'ave trouble doin' such. Can ye be sayin' the same, girl?"

Moira brushes a lock of red hair away from her face.

"I am no dalliance to be had. I do not want to be a 'friend with favorable agreements' either."

She pauses.

"Is it Heather?"

[Gaumer]

"Sure'n she be a part o' it, but just as sure'n it not be 'ow ye be thinkin' it to be.

Heather be a fine woman; one I be knowin' be lovin' me as much as I be thinkin' I be lovin' 'er back. But that be just it, I not be missin' the girl as one should be who be 'avin' 'em feelin's. When we be gettin' 'ere, in this new world, an' me thoughts be gettin' to the West town, sure'n Heather be on me mind.

But what I felt not be one o' the sadness o' a lost love or some frustration at 'avin' to light some new fire to quench my emotions. I be feelin' relieved. By Kallum's beard I swear I not e'en be thinkin' the 'avin' o' Heather as my one love be a burden. I not be feelin' it as such...until it be gone by none o' my doin' wit' 'er 'avin' none o' the ache o' 'eart that surely would be comin' once me own feelin's be dug up in their own time.

I ne'er be truly one wit' that barmaid; ne'er truly in love at all. Nothin' but Pandia's tricks...or teachin's, by my seein'. Sure'n my closeness wit' the world spirit an' all the life o' its creation be my only mistress; an' I only be sharin' that love wit' those who be so full o' that life.
