So I finely got home to my 4e phb and I'm reading it. When listening to critical hit they say you can only take one opportunity attack a round, the phb says you can take one per Combatants turn but any number per round. Did wizards update the rule or is the once per round rodrigo's house rule? I was looking for a feat that lets me take oa at a range but couldn't find any, is there such a feat or am I screwed.

Not sure about the last question, although it seems like there's a feat for almost anything... as for opportunity attacks, I'd trust the PHB, but Tondi- will have the official word as our DM.

There is a spear In the dragonomicon...my spelling is terrible, that gives threatening reach. There is the fighter paragon path pole arm master...A warden daily I believe, and a Goliath encounter. No actual feat for threatening reach anymore, sadly.

We met some fairy's, just about managed to impress them, I don't quite know how, and they took us to see their queen. Lots of cultural exchange later we decided to help them out with a problem they are having with some 'dog men' encroaching on their territory. Some fairies have joined us as 'help' and we have also gained a new companion, Shadow Lostclan, a Halfling Beast Ranger and his huge budgie  We are currently at the start of an encounter with the dog men out near the edges of the forest, bordering with the grasslands. |
