If the spider had made it's saving throws and not fumbled it would have gotten pretty hairy, but he was very unlucky.

I have been trying to put together a message to report back home on our progress so far, using the limitations of the Animal Messenger ritual;
specify target and location, message then must be 25 words max;
I got the following, but I'm not sure, looking for tweaks, suggestions etc.
Target Elder Jonus @ 'The settlements'
"Found scant water, medicines, slight animal signs.
Set traps but destroyed.
Being watched
Investigated tree-line; attacked by giant moths feeding on huge spider
Continuing Exploration"
I estimate we are 8-10 hours out from home? So we would need the 'messenger' to be under control for at least that time, which would be best served by getting some aid with the ritual to increase our chances Nature check of 20 would be good, 30 would be awesome.
