Vinnrog nods.

"We be back on our cloud. We're still over Forest Falls."

At that moment another Angel is struck nearby by Warsong. The legacy weapon arcs toward Coby before veering to you, as the closer of the two Protectors of Man.

<It is pleasing to see you are no longer dead. The battle continues here but some of our enemies have escaped.>

Looking around, you see Faerun and T'Ning alive nearby. Faerun has been freed but T'Ning does not notice as he holds the lifeless body of Rachel Kimbler.

Moira replies to you, Tren.

"Bedlor has the Trust. Now that we have rescued Faerun we have all we need to free the Primordial. We need to get to the cave."

Coby nods.

"Y'all go on. We can hold off these Einshar and their winged monkeys long enough for ya to get the job done."

"I could use some help with the orcs though. They're a might unruly and don't take kindly to half-folke as a rule."

With a short nod from Inoke, Vinnrog replies.

"That okay. Inoke'll keep 'em in line for ya."

"But if there's a fight to be fought, me want in it with Bedlor one last time, uh-huh."

Moira smiles at you, so grateful to see you alive after your second death this very day, and replies.

"We need Liv. We need you and her to act as vessels for the transfer of the Primordial's souls, if I am reading the Prophesy correctly."

"Of course Faerun will serve the Primordial as a Nexus to set all the universes right at once."

"But we need a Deadwaker to transfer the souls into the Primordial after they are removed from the rings of the Trust. The T'Ning of this universe doesn't have that ability any longer, as Sydra D'Cairn and Canus are no longer his parents."

T'Ning rises, determined to go with you to avenge Rachel's death at the hands of Dark Tomorrow. But the look on his face shows he knows he lacks anything to save the Primordial except for his combat skill in the fight to come.

Moira nods.

"We need some means of drawing the souls out of the rings. It shouldn't be difficult as the souls are trapped in inert objects."

"But if the rings are placed on the fingers of you and Liv, we need to draw that combined spiritual energy from both of you and direct it into the statues. If I am correct, the separated souls of Celestryn and Aurora will be reunited and they will be free."

"However, you and Liv are likely to die in the process. No mortal could, I suspect, hold the power of a god's soul."

"The only other possibility of saving one of you is if we can use Lyric. I believe her to be the 'silenced shadow' mentioned in the Prophesy and she can serve in place of one of you."

"I know both of you would die for this cause...and have. But, better the child pay the due for her crimes than one of you suffer again."

"Either way, we need some means to store and transfer souls."

Moira looks at you.

"If you have a means to draw in and transfer souls then you can do what the T'Ning we knew could do. I don't know how all this works for you but understand that you are going to attempt to manipulate the souls of two gods and the very creators of a multiverse."

"But we trust you not only to be able to accomplish this but to use that power wisely. Unlike some of our former friends, we know you would never betray us."

"Let us go then."

Coby, himself an inspiring leader (at least in this world), works with Inoke, Aerik, Kofi, and even the Guardians. Orcs, hobgoblins, the Vaadjori, and elves team together for the first time in nearly 1500 years to defend countless lives and the freedom they each deserve.

Warsong hums happily in your hand, Bedlor. Long have you sought to see such unity among the races and today that unity is made manifest as the many non-human races work collectively with the Angels that once protected them to bring peace to Ashearea once more.

Liv reluctantly departs from her parents' side, wishing to stand with them in their battle against the gods but drawn to instead stand with her friends to see final resolution to a mission that began in West Wellington what seems like a lifetime ago.

You gather in a small circle.

Bedlor Enghart, Tren Moonstride, Faerun Herllun, Liv Eia, T'Ning, Moira Rashai, and Vinnrog Redclub.

You have your wits and your weapons but, in your hearts, you know it is only your will and wisdom that will see this war won.

Seven mortals from the far reaches of the multiverse stand ready to defend that multiverse to the last. Seven friends stand ready...

Faerun focuses for only a brief moment on the cave of the Primordial and blinks... ... ...
