Wasn't sure if this should go in TV or Movies, but as it's a mini-series I took the TV route.

Part 1 aired tonight. Did anyone else catch this?

I thought it was interesting, if just a little off for my tastes ("off" as in my interest drifted a few times).  I like the idea of Neverland's location and reason why noone ages there.  And Bob Hoskins somewhat reprising Smee was fun, even if it wasn't a huge part so far.

To clarify what it is in case anyone else hasn't, it's a prequel mini-series to Peter Pan.  To which particular take on Peter Pan, I'm not entirely certain, but it tells a history for Peter and Hook before they became the people they were in the Peter Pan story.

Also, Bob Hoskins plays Smee, the same character he played in the movie "Hook" years ago.
