Instead of starting new posts each time a book comes out I figured this was the easiest thing to do

The Gathering is a self published ongoing anthology which began back in January of 2010. Since January we've moved from a quarterly to (as of Jan 2012) monthly schedule and are in the process of sending out the 7th issue to print.
 
Aside from the Gathering anthology we're publishing a self contained mini series (Ever After) and have multiple one shots planned for 2012. Our website also features original content in the form of webcomics created by many of our contributors to the anthology.
 
The Gathering grew from vanity project to something bigger soon after the release of our first issue thanks to critical acclaim from sites like Aint it Cool and Wired and professionals like Gail Simone taking an interest in our project. Though our focus is on giving new writers and artists a chance to get published we do feature a pro story on occassion. Creators like Gail, Mike Lapinski and Sterling Gates have all done shorts for us with creators like John Jackson Miller, Sean McKeever and Josh Fialkov contributing in 2012.
 
The strong support from fans, critics and pros have allowed us to plan for a very aggressive 2012 which will see the book released on a monthly schedule as well as the publication of mini series and one shots which will allow even more new creators to have the chance to see their ideas reach the printed page.

Right now our we have several new webcomics competing in a 13 week try out.
Mondays: Fragments and skits
Tuesdays: DEcomPRESSIONism and Space in Between
Wednesdays: Further Adventures of an Annuated Adventurer and Horror Con
Thursdays: Chuck University and Life and Death

The comics with the most hits will get full runs next year so give em a click and let em know what you think. All of the webcomic creators have or will have stories in the print book so it's a great chance to check out their talents for free

Been a busy few months with getting Volumes 4 (Horror), 5 (Romance) and 6 (Horror 2) out within 6 weeks of each other along with Ever After #1 the very successful (for us) NYCC.

Issue 6 actually went out of print for awhile (the fastest issue to do that) but now it's available for ordering once more. Featuring stories by Sterling Gates (Hawk and Dove), Len Wallace (Love Buzz) and a dozen new comic creators. Find out what all the fuss is about
