Donovan glances around and replies, his voice lowered.
"Definitely something to talk about...after we get out of earshot of the Gnomes who serve as the Empire's advisers and Makers."

Tren takes the lens slightly surprised.
"Very well Anbar. Where is our destination exactly? and how do I use this lens to find it?"

"Ask Enghart."
I don't know the destination. You all seemed to have one in mind. The Lens will help you focus to transport as if you are more familiar with the intended destination than you in fact are.

"I have never been to union point. Can this lens show me a place I am not familiar with? If not, we can shadow walk there and you can guide me through the plane of shadow."

"Yes."
{Nav, can you clarify the function of the lens for Strifeter? I'm not familiar enough with the rules of how teleporting works to be certain.
Basically, as I understand it, it allows you to make a teleport as if you were more familiar with the destination than you actually are, and also gives you a bonus on the roll. Is that right?}

Tren hands back the lens to Anbar.
"I'm soory but the risk is still too great. Although the lens could help me to teleport there the risk is still very high that either my spell would fail. Besides I can take more people with my shadow walk. I am able to bring fifteen people with me. How many are we anyway?"

Besides yourself, you see:
Bedlor Liv Erika Donovan Moira Vinnrog Inoke Master Ng-Lau Baron Undreguart Mogul Ironlasher 4 Pass Warders rangers 2 Pass Warder archers Dallis Rowe Hale Hardman Anbar Panserbjorn
If you take all that came with you, plus the Druid and his bear.

Tren sees that there are too many to take.
"Bedlor, I cannot take everyone here. I see that we have two options. One being we all walk there or... we leave an envoy here to help the gnomes should the fall under attack again after we leave. A motion of good will towards the gnomes to help persuade help. At the very least help protect Anbars contact here to win the gnomes onto our side."
Tren smiles slightly at Beldor.
"Are there any volunteers? Or Bedlor, do you have anyone you feel would be up to this task?"

Bedlor looks at the "dwarfs in charge" of the rangers
"Oi. Sure'n a couple o' ye Warders wouldn'ta mind a stay in the bush.
Tellin' true, I not be knowin' any o' us to be welcome in town fer long an' I not be trustin' any other but a Pass Warder to be able to be survivin' it."

Baron Undreguart and Mogul Took confer quietly between themselves for a few moments. Then the Baron speaks up.
"Ye need a Dwarven ambassador in yer Union Point. That be why ye came all the way to us then."
"I be the ranking here, by far. Yer Uncle Rutger and his be on the way to the Point but it'll be a minute."
"Mogul Ironlasher be decidin' to leave all the Warders here, includin' the Skylighters. Warder Rowe's the senior Ranger and he'll command the lot."
"I be asking ye make sure all o' us have one o' them 'Whispers' ye be usin. If there be any trouble, Rowe'll holler louder than Redpaw in a shoutcaster."
"The Warders'll guard the Gnomes good. Let's be on our way then."

"Very well, lets us leave here."
Tren motions for everyone who is coming with him to prepare. He pulls up his leebd and begins focusing on the shard.
