Having had the opportunity to write several scripts for The Gathering, with two published so far, I can say it's an amazing opportunity. Definitely worth submitting if you have any desire to be a creator.

So here's the deal. Copies of Gathering Volume 4 (our Horror issue) arrived today. And that's available to order direct from our website www.grayhavencomics.com  which also feautres the great webcomics KID ROBO, DEcomPRESSIONism, DARING SPECULATIVE FICTION, AOI SAYONARA and AFTER THE GATHERING.

Just finalized the cover and interiors for Volume 5 (Romance) which goes to print Monday and should be available soon.

We're finishing up Volume 6 (Horror part 2) and that should also be at the printers by the end of the month and all six books will be on sale at NYCC if you're heading to that show.

In just over a year we've managed to put out six volumes of this comic, conceptualized in January of 2010 as a little anthology experiment for some pals on the Benbo. Now we have comic pros offering rewards, doing short stories and so many other cool things I can't even mention right now. And what's really cool for me is how many up and coming creators we were able to see get their first published work in The Gathering. By the time issue six comes out we're looking at over 100 different contributors involved with the book and that's going to double next year. I'm sometimes in shock at how far along this as gone.

That's why Kickstart is so important. I've tried not to gouge on price point for the comics. Issues 1 and 2 were 34 pages and 3, 4, 5 and 6 were 64, 54, 54, and 49 pages respectively. Each for 4 dollars or less.

So if you haven't pledged, take some time to do so if you can. And if you have pledged I thank you and ask you one more time to share that link across the net and encourage others to do the same.

And we'll keep trying to make the very best comics we can.

Baltimore was a blast!  It is always my favorite con of the year.

It's just about comics, and not much Pop Culture.  It's a great show.

I have some relatives that live near Baltimore. I'll have to check it out sometime.
