Sorry. This is only alternate earth DC. There is no Batman. You can play Owlman, though.

Owlman's nuts, not sane like Batman.
So, who do we have in our eventual team?
Navarre: Wraith
WebMetz: Chromatic
Tondi-: Rip
Andrew: Ghoul
@lantis: Lightning Rod?

{Micro-environment: what would it take to shift my 'paintling' Micro-environment over the prone bystanders, myself, and my allies. I envision having bubbles of connected by thin tubes to me. By my math, I could maintain six 4 to 5' radius bubbles at a time and still have plenty of micro-environment cubic feet to connect them. Normally I just have a 10 diameter cylinder that is a 1/4 mile high centered on me. The intensity of Air/Water Animation, Weather Control, Heat, Cold Generation, Electrical Control, Electrical Generation, Coldshaping, Gravity Manipulation, Hard Radiation/Control, Thermal Control, Plague Carrier, Geoforce, Spray, Pheromones, and other things (within reason) are reduced by Remarkable 30 when passing into my micro-enviroment.}
{What would it take to heal those bystanders with Spirit Gestalt Faith Green: Biophysical Control Regeneration?}
{Are there visible energy sources nearby...like fire from an explosion?}
{Could I solidify the light of the circle of light?}
{Regardless, John would likely interpose himself in between the closest bystander and a robot.}

EDIT: Where do we fall on this timeline?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_events_of_the_Marvel_Universe
Where do you think you fall?
{Hmm...the most recent
module for the MSHA
was published in 1990...but given that the majority of the superheros are missing...I think...1999 during the events of Contest of Champions II or 1993 during the infinity crusade or 1984-85 during the Secret Wars.}

...also note...there is a police station just right next door to Columbus Park. Central Booking to be exact.}

If your trying to tell the there is no pawn shop your just going to have to use your imagination dude. Maybe the dunkin donuts is just a front.
{No...there is always a pawn shop (and there was likely one there in the past). I am just trying to say that an
uncostumed
hero is throwing fireballs...and Chromatic finds that...not smart.}
Quote
{Micro-enviroment..."can be used to create any environment the hero desires, provided it is beneficial to whatever nature of being is inside its protection."...would that include shade? if so, I would flavor it as 'black flecks start coalescing in the air, following thin tubes leading from chromatic. It isn't long before blackish 'bubbles' can be seen over chromatic, wraith, the prone bystanders, and the fire man with blackish tubes connecting them. Each providing <RANK? (Feeble? Poor? Typical (Night intensity)?> shade.'}
Init: Green 43
I will likely use non combat actions.

{Which ones were hit by the robots?}
{Are there any that seem visibly injured? Also, did Rip's fireball leave flames anywhere? Also, would the light circle be solidifiable?}
Chromatic runs to get in front of Wraith and the bystanders, extending his Micro-Environment so that it covers all of the citizens.
{In short, I can spread my microenviroment in a 6' high cylinder that is 155' diameter. Chromatic would curve it in such a way that all of the citizens, but non of the bots are in it.
{I would also like to use the light circle to create a good height barrier in front of the robots, to keep them from shooting at us...and perhaps behind them too. Leaving the top open so that fireballs can be launched into it. }

Whats this environment thing look like?
The invisible micro-enviroment extends over the citizens and the heroes. The temperature changes to be perfect room temperature, you can no longer smell the air pollution from the city, and the vibrations from steps of the robots seem to be lessened.
{The Power only protects the hero from environmental effects or Powers that employ aspects of the Environment.
The following has their intensity reduced by Rm even if within: Air or Water Animation, Weather Control, Heat, or Cold Generation
The following has their intensity reduced by Rm if coming from without: Electrical Control, Electrical Generation, Coldshaping, Gravity Manipulation, Hard Radiation and its Control, Thermal Control, Plague Carrier, Geoforce, Spray, and Pheromones.
Regardless...if those were Radiation or Thermal guns, M.E. would protect against them.
Quote
{yeah...I am confused too. I mean, I would rather barrier the bots before manipulating my microenviroment (which really doesn't look like it needs any feat to change its shape)
Quote
{Only if you shoot into the environment from outside I believe. Actually, no it doesn't. In fact...it would allow you to use it where there would normally be little oxygen. Cool! }

Energy Solidification question:
I was looking through the UPB and saw a little bit on the duration of items made with Creation powers:
Then artifact/element/lifeform/molecular/mechanical/weapon creation
A green FEAT gives the artifact/element/lifeform/material/machine a lifespan turns = Reason*100. A yellow FEAT Reason*10000. A red FEAT permanent.
Would this be better, replacing Reason with Psyche, for Energy Solidification durations? Essentially making Energy Solidification read:
A green FEAT gives the energy matrix a lifespan turns = Psyche*100. A yellow FEAT Psyche*10000. A red FEAT permanent.
Or should it be what we thought it would be.
A energy matrix has life-span of minutes equal to the rank number. (75 minutes/60*600=1.25 hours*600 turns (in an hour), which would mean it lasts 750 turns)
Or perhaps a compromise between the two.
A green FEAT gives the energy matrix a lifespan turns = Psyche*100 (75 minutes. 1.25 hours). A yellow FEAT Psyche*10000 (125 hours. 5.2 days). A red FEAT permanent.
Now on Power Stunts and Combos:
Would it be possible to combine powers?
Environmental Energy Shield: MicroEnvironment+Energy Solidification: When activated, Energy that would normally be canceled by the MicroEnvironment instead can collect on the outside of the MicroEnvironment Force Field, forming pieces of a energy matrix shield to protect those within. This energy shield can only reach <MicroEnvironment rank> strength on its own, but can be enhanced to <Energy Solidification Rank> with further use of Energy Solidification. Energy Solidification can also be used to attach other types of energy to the MicroEnvironment's Force Field.
Some other things I would like to try with my powers:
Energy Solidification: Explosive Energy Matrix Dissipation: Instead of dissipating harmlessly, the energy matrix can instead be set to explosively dissipate (dealing <Energy Rank>-<Mod> CS damage) when Chromatic commands it, when it comes in contact with a foe, or after a period of time. This would allow explosives/traps to be formed from Energy Solidification.

What specifically is copy pasty? Me typing out events? Or me typing out the life spans?

The descriptions of the powers and combos immediately above my previous comment. If not, that's fine, but it appears to be quoted from another source, hence my cautionary statement.

I worked hard on those custom combos. I typed them in such a way that it would seem natural to the ruleset, but the concept and content is mine.
I also typed the lifespan things by memory via my phone, but when I looked at it closer back on my computer, it seemed to be too close to what the book wrote, so I rewrote it in shorthand.
