Now they will never do this...

Yeah, they really wouldn't,  You're basically saying "On the one hand this would create a situation comic writers wouldn't like, but on the other hand it would create a situation that comic writers wouldn't like."

Changing poopy diapers, sleepless nights, daycare, teaching li'l Daredevil to read, etc. - not especially interesting.

Sadly, I think this COULD be done interestingly, especially with street-level heroes like Spidey or Luke Cage, who have to worry about their day-to-day finances, who is going to take care of the baby when both parents are working (and possibly also both superheroes), and it can range from dramatic to comedic to touching. It's just gotta be done right...

I agree it COULD be done well, but given the nature of superhero storytelling I doubt it ever will be, at least not with a mainstream hero.  It might be done with some minor hero, or as a tale in and of itself from an indy publisher.

The adventures of the Plaid Avenger! Crimefighter by day, dad by night.  Watch him don his Paternity Suit! See him open jars of baby food! Etc. etc.

I think they're doing it very well with luke cage so far. There's been some great comedic and dramatic moments there.

Unfortunately, when Speedy was a father, most of the time Lian was used as a prop.  She would be on his back while working out or she needed to be passed off to a babysitter so he could do his daring do.  It seemed he was never berift of cash and he could always get a sitter at the last minute.  Wish I didn't have those worries.
Then again if I didn't I would probably be overworked & undersexed instead of the opposite, and not spend nearly as much quality time with my children.
