What do you do with your comics

This question was brought up in the first podcast and I didn't see a poll like this already started so here it is.

I personally am a combination of bag and throw on the floor.  I bag some of my favorites and they all go in a box in my basement.  Some of them are in pretty bad shape and I would like to find some way of storing them that will make them a little easier to go through and read some of my favorites.
