Hey everyone!  I'm glad to see a recent pick up of video game discussion.  Over on some of the other boards we have the "Post whenever you buy a..." topic, so why not here?  Any console, any type of content.  Let's see what things people are getting.

I'll start.  Last night I bought Lego Batman (PS3) and Xmen Origin: Wolverine (PS3).  Also got $40 of PSN Cards which I already bought Castlevania: Symphony of the Night and a bunch of stuff for HOME (Trident apartment, the Cauldron game, sound effect machine, and picture frames to show my real life photos in).  I have $20 left ... still torn between a few choices on what to spend it on.  But i'll update when I buy it.

Oh ... and i got a few new karts and racers for Modnation Racer.  Smiley

I bought "Fallout: New Vegas" last week and I'm loving it.  Doesn't feel as large as "Fallout 3" though...but I've only played about 15 hours so far.

Also got "Dead Rising 2" last month, which I'm about half way through.  That went on the backburner for a while though.  Not because it's no good, it is good...I just lacked the time to invest in it.

Bought myself Halo Reach and then Fallout New Vegas and have sunk 12 hours into it already.

I am looking at Fable 3 next but after seeing its drawbacks I am shying away from it

I've got a friend of mine who is loving every bit of Fable 3 except for the fact that you don't buy villages houses any more, you rent them.  And after a while if you don't maintain them, they fall into disrepair.

Also, finished using the rest of my PSN card and bought Alundra, and about 16 new peices of clothes and furnature for HOME.  Also downloaded episode 1 of the Tester season 2 and the Marvel Comics Sackboy skins commerical for Little Big Planet.

What really turned me off about it is they tried to streamline the interface removing the map and apparently the inventory system. Also this no buying thing is not something I like, I enjoyed owning property and businesses

Sadly I am not really into this new game

I told my friend that if you have to continually maintain your villages, you should at least have the opportunity to buy a handy man to maintain them while your busy fighting and playing the game.

I've never played Fable or anything close to that D&D midevil style except for Final Fantasy.  There are aspects that are appealing but others that deter me.  My first venture into MMORPGs is going to be DC Universe Online.

That sounds interesting, LMK how that turns out. I am still trying to shake my WoW addiction. Went 2 years without it, got a little taste of it again and got re-hooked. Currently trying to stop
