Bedlor will have to do what he thinks best based on his perceptions, as do we all.

I'm not certain I understand Bedlor's perceptions on the world spirit at this point, as it seems he and the DM understand it more than I do. This is the genesis of the current discussion.

I think the World Spirit is like the Force. It has a light side and a dark side and holds the universe together... no wait, that's duct tape...
But what I'm getting at is that you wouldn't say that the Force itself "wants" somebody to do something. The Force, while connected to life and sentience, isn't actually a sentient being in its own right with its own wishes and motivations. It's a kind of connection and power and different beings have different degrees of access to it.
Bedlor and animals are all intimately connected to the World Spirit - they're powerful Jedi, if you like - which gives them the ability to sense things about the world and draw power and knowledge and abilities from the World Spirit. But it's still the people, not the World Spirit itself, that channel the power.
It's not like Avatar where the world spirit itself is sentient and can "instruct" the animals to behave in certain ways.

Alright. I guess I will just have to go from there and have my own ignorance be Bedlor's. At least we have something to grow on.

I'm not sure what it is you aren't feeling you understand.
The World Spirit is like the Force. Druids are like Jedi masters. You're a promising padawan but with no master to guide you.

I get it.
Its the..."what has not been learned by Bedlor" that I don't understand, and its okay. But what happens to the padawan with no master? He makes way on his own. Bedlor has respect for "the force" but still sees the same end for the animals for those that do or do not respect it: horrible painful death, or worse in the case of the caged animals.
I
get that there are teachers out there (maybe) that could lead him on his way, but Bedlor does not. Actually, he's pretty sure there are no others connected to the world spirit as he is for several reasons: where are they? It rained blood! How bad does it have to get before any others that are close to the world spirit feel the pain and do something?; and they haven't tried to contact Bedlor? If everything is connected and Bed is so close why haven't they sought him out to help in this time of need?
He's a student who has himself as a teacher; and so far he has done nothing but fail when it comes to this bond he shares with nature, which has turned into a bond with the spirit of EVERYTHING.
Oh and he's the protector of man. This does not equate to someone who has a very clear path ahead of them. I know I would be pretty bummed out and feeling very alone if I was him and I am reading him and the game properly.

This would be a great thing to bring up in-character then, yes?
I realize right this second the timing is not appropriate but as soon as there is a chance for dialog it would be excellent to open this discussion. It may be especially good to do it before Bedlor gets back to Kallum's Hold since there are many emotions associated with his home.

Oh, I'm honestly not sure. Bed seriously doubts anyone has any advice or info that has yet to be shared regarding the matter.
Bed will do just have to continue to learn about his connection to the world spirit.

If you had the green power ring of Oa you could summon up:
A green gatlin gun
A green brick wall
A green boxing glove

Any objections to Bed taking Scout levels?
I think that keeps to his natural roots and lets me move away from the animals a bit and better utilize the tools Bedlor has been given.
I want to keep to the character's nature but something has to give

Sometimes characters evolve in ways we don't foresee. So if you feel Scout works for you I may approve that.
But I don't have the rules for that class. Can you get them to me for review/reference?

I think those are the same rules out of the book I got.
Yeah, I've tried to stay as close to what I think the character would do and still make him viable and fun to play. As cool as the animals are I think Bedlor can do a lot more and still keep him close to doing what he would do.
With Scout, I'm hoping to utilize the 10' shift and have that qualify for the Skirmish bonuses. The only thing that gives that could be seen as unfair, I'd think, would be that Bed would be able to use a full-attack if he did that instead of a single attack because he's not actually moving with an action. I think the 30' range limit for Ranged weapons nerfs that down a bit to be more fair with Warsong's awesome range.
With the bonus feats I plan on going with the Dodge/Mobility/Spring Attack/Point Blank Shot/Shot on the Run/ and either Quick Draw or Natural Bond depending on need at the time. I think my math is good on the number of feats, but that's my plan at this point I think

I think some of the Scout abilities like Flawless Stride are missing from what you sent me for review. But, either way, sure I'll go with it.
Bedlor Enghart is a Scout. Now you have to learn how to tie knots and the special salute if you want to earn your badge.
