Right in one Beta! The statment was made in regards to a solar powered death ray.

Before I toss another out, and try and figure out yours, let me get a rule clarification: Are we doing only the comic medium, or everything? I was assuming only comics.

Dude, I got nothing. I've asked and asked, looked through comics and can't find anything. I thought it might have been from a Fantastic Four (early intro of the  Inhumans stuff) but I could not find anything close to the line.

Could you give another hint? Cause otherwise I'm gonna have to say you won the point for that one. 

Okay, here is another one. Just give me that character that said it, if you know the book that's cool, but not needed.

ha ha, man, I thought this would be easier...

it's marvel, you might consider it a non-cannon book, but it's still a well recieved series.
