Tren's time line is starting to get too far ahead of Bedlor's. Gaumer, is there anything I need to do to help you move forward with the game?

Bedlor is waiting to be needed. The king has moved all the pieces into place. Smiley

He is waiting for word to come back to him that he is required to do something else.

Anything he can do in town would completely ruin the idea that Bedlor is not in the town, as he has led the other Moira and Bedlor to believe.

I honestly thought I had been doing something this entire time, and that time was transpiring as it would.

I am not waiting to do anything, or get a push to do anything, I am waiting for the game to catch up with everything my character has, pretty much single-handedly, put into or ordered into motion.

Okay, if you're satisfied with that.

There is nothing stopping you from re-entering the town. Didn't you tell Pontiff Rashai you would be waiting, along with her, for the emissaries of the other Einshar to arrive? Where you do that is up to you, as she never said you had to leave the city.

Yes, your presence would be conspicuous. But potentially that could even work to your advantage, either by talking to the Writ Master while your people divert attention elsewhere -or- by causing the diversion itself while your people act unnoticed.

But I'm fine with whatever you do. I just didn't want to create a situation where you felt you couldn't do anything.

No.

Bedlor told the Pontiff that he was leaving town with everyone else to go get this group together.

Not only would that keep HER looking for the Trust with no change of plan because we are presumed gone, but allows us to keep an eye out on her without her knowing. Its the same plan Tren is doing with keeping his eyes on another group looking for the Trust. All the while we are actually gathering this group, under albeit skewed pretenses, in order to keep the Trust safe once we get it.

So, once we find out where it is, Bedlor can move a group to go and help get it, if it comes to that.

I'd be all for going to the Writ office. Bed already told Aldina to go for it.

Who does Bedlor want to go to the Writ Master then? Just Aldina?

I guess out of you, Moira, Liv, and Aldina, the latter is the only one who wouldn't draw much attention. Meanwhile, Rachel and the now-mute T'Ning are seeking the Alley Lords.

Yeah.

I just don't want to blow it. I thought we had this great plan now with confusing our enemies into doing what they were doing anyways in spite of us, only maybe making them do it a bit faster, while we spy and infiltrate those two, presumably, feuding parties to find the Trust AND be in the know/position to do anything to disrupt their doings. Meanwhile, we also send out people to gather this huge group to, A) protect the Trust from the armies that would come down on us should we find it and those leaders know it; B) keep up the illusion for the Pontif and HC and anyone else (presumably DT now knows of this plan) that may know.

So, find out what the enemy knows; screw with them in numerous ways both known and unknown to those enemies; gather folks like we said for the twofold reasons; continue to look for the Trust on our own without jeopardizing the previous parts of the plan.

I thought Bedlor had really hit a high mark for planning in this whole thing, actually...

I completely agree. The plan is excellent. Kudos to you for it.

My confusion was in that Bedlor had stated he was staying out of the city. So I was trying to figure out why he was standing around by a barn instead of looking for the Trust.

But you are looking for it, in many ways; just not by physically walking around to do it. I get it now.  Cool

Exactly.

I think if Bedlor physically goes out and looks for the Trust and is discovered by ANYONE (even a commoner would act differently and its too early in this whole "world uniting" plan to trust anyone) it could jeopardize everything we have going on, not only finding the Trust, but, and I think more importantly, screwing with the bad guys Smiley

lmao

I don't think its that extreme. Because Bedlor has a team in waiting should he get in trouble Wink

That is, of course, if Tren can get word of any dilemmas that may arise for him

I also just noticed Bed is short one AC, unless we are counting Valiant as that.

This is true. Guess it's time for a random pig to walk by on the farm.  Tongue
