When you have Avengers fighting X-Men, you pretty much know Marvel is going to win as fans finally get to see some of their favorite (and not so favorite) character beating the crap out of each other.  Marvel released more battles that are coming in Avengers vs. X-Men: Versus this April.

      The Hulk?

Miss Marvel and Rogue have some good drama potential to their fight, at the same time I can’t see Rogue actually trying to win.

These are not happening any more than Spider-Man’s fear of the economy.

I have trouble seeing the X-Men winning any of these pairings. In the end, it’s going to have to come down to The Avengers Vs. Wolverine. Or possibly, Wolverine Vs. Wolverine. I think I Captain America Vs. Cable could be a fair fight and I think that Ironman Vs. Magneto could be the first win for the X-Men, but the rest of these seem like the X-Men should get destroyed.

I don’t know why they didn’t match up Cyclops Vs. Captain America or Wasp Vs. Pixie. Colossus or Juggernaut should have fought the Hulk.

Thank God Hulk was ripping open his shirt in that picture and not the other option available to him. And who’s the hooker in the fake ninja costume taking on Rogue? Ms. Marvel? Is that supposed to be Marvel’s version of Mary Marvel? Rogue looks like she wants to kiss her. And for some reason I want to add a word balloon reading “Dammit, I told you NO tongues!” above Ms. Marvel.

Oldcomicfan, you’re not very old are you? Even the 90’s X-men cartoon had Ms. Marvel in that outfit when it hurredly explained Rogue’s origin. Carol Danvers in that get up has been around longer than the Rogue character. I really hope you are trolling with that comment.

Nice to see Hulk in there seeing he hasn’t been an Avenger since like 1965 for about three issues. The Hulk? C’mon.

The Hulk, a character who needs negative emotions to get bigger, versus a character who can force him to think happy thoughts… This battle will never reach the point that the picture describes.
