The milestone issues of Walking Dead and Invincible are getting ever closer, and according to Image, the titles are at the top of their game, with both titles selling out at the distributor level.
“People seem to be real psyched for our big milestone,” said series writer Robert Kirkman. “Having THE WALKING DEAD #42 and INVINCIBLE #45 sell out has gotten the entire creative team very fired up. Ryan Ottley’s and Charlie Adlard’s pages get better and better the closer we get to fifty.”
It’s Friday, and Image has once again delivered the goods when it comes to sneak peeks for next week. Killing Girl, Brit, and Astounding Wolf-man are just a few of the titles shipping next week.
Image Comics has sent Major Spoilers a bunch of sneak peeks to help you ease into the weekend. Mice Templar is looking quite good, as is The Walking Dead. Rounding out the collection is Amory Wars 3, Bomb Queen 1, and True Story Swear to God 8.
For your (and our) Friday pleasure, Image Comics drops off a batch of sneak peeks for titles arriving next week. This week’s haul finds us gazing at Edgar Allen Poo, Invincible 45, Hiding in Time, Repo 3, and the Walking Dead 40.
Image Comics must be super happy as it has announced five titles (Dust #1, Invincible #43 & #44, Madman Atomic Comics #3, and the Walking Dead #39) have completely sold out at Diamond.

I haven’t read Dust, but Invincible, Madman, and the Walking Dead are all high on the Major Spoilers reading list.
To quote everyone’s favorite Cool-Aid icon, “Oh Yea!” Image Comics has really come through this week, dropping off 14 sneak peeks for titles arriving in stores next week.

Image comes through yet again with four sneak peeks for titles arriving in stores soon. This week’s roundup features Elephantmen #9, Rocketo: Journey to the Hidden Sea, the latest tellings of The Ride, and a peak at the Walking Dead Vol. 6 Trade Paperback.

Image dropped off previews for four titles shipping next week. This week Nobel Causes, Strange Girl, and True Story, Swear to God. Plus the threat level rises in The Walking Dead #35.
Image Comics has let us know The Walking Dead #34 has sold out, making this the second issue in a row to do so. The company plans to send the issue back to print, and it is expected to be back in stores in early March.
“Last month’s issue kicked everything up a notch — everyone wants to find out what’s going to happen next,” says Image Comics Executive Director Eric Stephenson. “It also didn’t hurt that the Governor was named Wizard’s Villain of the Year for 2006. THE WALKING DEAD is consistently one of our best selling titles, but clearly, we’re still picking up readers.”
