Marv Wolfman Moves to Vigilante

Monday, September 17th, 2007--by Stephen Schleicher

nightwing136.jpgWhen Vigilante made his appearance in Nightwing, I wasn’t too excited about him. After the events of the last issue, I’m a little more interested, but I wonder if I’m ready for yet another DC title in my stack?

Marv Wolfman is leaving Nightwing to work on Vigilnte, which is a surprise, but according to Wolfman, fans should probably check Vig out.

…one of the biggest aspects of the comic that will affect the entire DC line. As Vig moves through a very real and gritty New York underworld, he will very quickly discover that some DC character has actually turned against the other heroes. We already know who that character is, and the impact the character has on the rest of the DCU will become apparent in a matter of months. This is a story with far reaching tentacles and it begins in Vigilante #1.
