Arriving in stores in two weeks is Marvel’s Dark Reign: The List – Hulk, featuring the green goliath bringing the smack down to Norman Osborn. Marvel sent Major Spoilers a sneak peek that you can see after the jump.

Marvel has announced that Strange Tales #1, the first in a three issue mini-series, has sold out at the distributor level, prompting the company to send the issue back to press. Likewise, the Hulk #14, featuring the Rulk seeking revenge on Domino, sold out as well. Both issues will be getting the variant treatment, that you can see after the jump.
I was listening to the Kids Place Live channel on Sirius XM this morning – hey, it’s the only station to listen to when my son is in the car – when someone called in and asked to hear the Incredible Hulk theme song. The announcer said there wasn’t one, and proceeded to play Batman instead.
Here’s proof The Hulk has a theme song. It’s a terrible theme song, but then again, it’s from the 60’s.
For the third issue of Strange Tales, Marvel looked to Stan Sakai to whip up a great Hulk cover in Sakai’s signature style.
I gotta say, I like the art style in this trailer for the upcoming Planet Hulk animated movie from Marvel.
Thanks for the heads-up Stacy B!
When Strange Tales #2 hits stores in October, readers will have to make a big decision; Red or Green?

With all the hype coming from Marvel surrounding those Skaar promos, it’s about time to see what the prologue brings to the table. Marvel has sent Major Spoilers a sneak peek of the issue that arrives May 20, 2009.
Years from now, when society has collapsed and attempts to rebuild, I can see someone, somewhere, digging through the rubble, finding all these promo pieces and inventing a new holiday around all of this.

And you only have to wait until May 13, 2009 for the $3.99 Planet Skaar Prologue to hit the shelves.

Because of a successful sell out of Ultimate Wolverine vs. Hulk #4, Marvel is going back to press for a second printing. The new printing will feature Leinil Yu’s interior art on the cover, and is the first time Ultimate Universe readers get to see Ultimate She-Hulk.
The reprint will be available May 13, 2009 for $2.99.

With the fourth installment of the Ultimate Wolverine vs. Ultimate Hulk title hitting shelves this week, I thought it might be interesting for a different take on the battle. Today’s Art Appreciation Moment comes from Stepan Seijic (the guy currently doing art on Top Cow’s Witchblade). Stepan’s art came as a suggestion from Major Spoilers reader Jerardo.

Marvel has announced Hulk #9 continues the series sell out record. According to the company, the series continues to be a hit among fans as readers try to figure out who is the Red Hulk.
“This has been the greatest ride ever,” said series writer Jeph Loeb in a prepared statement. “Having Arthur Adams and Frank Cho join us for those three issues (and for some surprises to come!) was not only a great pleasure, but it kept the HULK right on top! Be sure to come back next issue when Ed ‘Ed’ McGuinness returns!”
While Marvel hasn’t said this issue will go back to press, it did release the cover images to the upcoming Hulk #10 that features Hulk vs. Rulk (and a bunch of other fellows).
