This week Boom! Studios sent Major Spoilers sneak peeks of Farscape: D’argo’s Lament #1, Mr. Stuffins #1, and The Muppet Show Comic Book #2.

In addition to Farscape #1 going back to press for a third printing, Boom! Studios has announced issue #2 is also headed for a third printing, and issue #3 is going back for a second printing.
“This series continues to perform,” said Marketing and Sales Director Chip Mosher. “Fans have been rabid, and retailers are thrilled and excited with what they’re seeing in the stores.”

“It is truly an honor to toil on a series as hard as we have and see such a great reception,” said Editor-in-Chief Mark Waid. “It’s gratifying, and we couldn’t be prouder to be associated with one of the greatest science fiction franchises of all time, and one of the greatest science fiction writers of all time in Rockne S. O’Bannon, series creator.”
If you missed out on any of the first three issues, the reprints are scheduled to be on the store shelves on April 29, 2009.

Boom! Studios dropped us a quick note to let us know Farscape #1 has sold out again and is going back to press for a third printing.
“We were blown away by the reaction to the first printing of FARSCAPE #1,” said Editor-in-Chief Mark Waid. “So when we went to a second print, we were pretty darn happy. We cannot believe that we have sold completely out of all of that now!”
“Marketing and Sales Director Chip Mosher and I couldn’t believe our eyes,” said BOOM! co-founder Ross Richie. “It’s clear that the FARSCAPE fans have spoken, and the Direct Market retailers have listened!”
The third printing will arrive in stores on April 25th, 2009.
