DC Elseworlds - Part One

Tuesday, July 1st, 2008--by Stephen Schleicher

Since today’s podcast is all about Ultimate-izing comics and television shows, here’s a look at the original Ultimate line - DC’s Elseworlds.

This is a fan film a few friends and I shot about a year ago. We were planning on shooting a series of 2-4 minute original story webisodes dealing with characters in the DC Universe. This is the first webisode in the series.

Knightfall - 48 Hour Film Project 2007

Wednesday, August 29th, 2007--by Stephen Schleicher

Every year in various cities across the US film groups hold a 48 hour film competition where contestants have two days to complete a film from start to finish.  One of the entries for the Houston event was Knightfall.

The team who created Knightfall didn’t complete the project by the deadline, but they did complete the project.  Even so, anyone who completes a short film in any amount of time is tops in my book.  Knightfall tells the story of a superhero family and the struggles the brother without powers faces.
