Just Some Random Guy has posted his latest work featuring the action figures from the Marvel Universe promoting the New York City Comic Con.

Why no DC Characters?  DC said no to using its figures.  Killjoys.

Random Note From Random Guy: No, we’re not changing our Spider-Man action figure. We’re just complying with Marvel’s request that we not use Spider-Man action figures from the movies in these NYCC videos.

Ohh what? Stupid lawyers. It’s always the damn lawyers.

  • Frankie:

What about Marvel/DC after hours how can “random guy” do these episodes without getting a cease and desist? Nonetheless EXCELLENT commercial!!!

    • Since it falls into the parody category, he can do pretty much what he wants. In the case of Marvel, they actually like his work (hence helping him get Stan Lee to voice his own action figure), and were the ones who approached him last year to do the commercial ads for the NYCC.
