I think Spider-Man and Wolverine should have been Avengers years ago. Earth’s Mightiest Heroes should include two of the most important characters in the MU.

Actually, I don’t mind Spidey being an Avenger or Storm in the Black Panther book (She should have her own book BTW). My beef is mainly with Wolverine whom I hate, but have a legitimate reason for not wanting him there. :)

has anyone seen the cover of New Avengers #50? They show two wolverines (one in the brown and one in the yellow), two spidermen (one in the red and blues and the other in the black), and two ms.marvels. What is going on?!

Spidey should not be an avenger either, but artistic decisions are made with the profitability of Spideman movies in mind. If Howard the Duck had broken box office records, he would be an Avenger by now.

My guess would be the Dark Avengers has some of Osborn’s Thunderbolts simply dressed in the classic Avengers costumes rather than alternate timelines being involved.

As the biggest Wolvie fan I know, I agree, he should not be an Avenger.

Are folks buying the book because Wolvie is in it? I’m not. So why IS Wolvie an Avenger? Cuz Bendis said so and isnt this whole Marvel thing (on the whole) his bitch? I think so and I dont mind. Its been a pretty fun ride so far.

Secret Warriors is going in my pullbox. I continue to get the Secret Invasion stuff and Dark Reign for a minute at least. Everything else I already get…damn…maybe I’ll be dropping some of that stuff.

Is Black Panther really getting another #1? Does that mean the honeymoon is finally over? I hope so, Storm belongs with the Xmen and the Xmen belong in..San Fran…damn I hate Marvel :)
