Check out the promo spot for the final episodes of the new Battlestar Galactica. The wife and I only got interested in the series about two years ago, and have devoured everything till now. Can’t wait for the kick in the teeth ending of the series.

Personally I think BSG isn’t quite as good as its hype but I think the first half of Season 4 was almost as strong as the first season. However while a great what the hell moment at the end of season 4.0 its hard to see how they end the show is some kind of fulfilling manner. Because in my mind BSG will be judged fairly or not on how they bring there story to an end. If its poor it will over shadow everything that show was, its likely to burn Caprica and it will be one of those shows we talk about for ages to come about how it could have been more than it was. If the end if good then maybe just for the 6th or 7th time I can remember we will have a scifi show end and we can be happy for what it was and we can talk about how they don’t make them like that anymore.
All that said the preview just leaves me kind meh. I have no idea where they are going and as a fan after 4 years of watching the show that is a very strange place to be.
