As the big opening day approaches, we’ll have a face off between each of the Watchmen characters and their Charlton originals. This week we’re putting Dan Dreibert/Nite Owl in the ring with his counterpart Ted Kord/Blue Beetle.
Who will win? Who will lose?
FIGHT!

Jaime Reyes!
i’m saving him for the “Titles DC Canceled, But Really Shouldn’t Have” poll.
In a fight Dreiberg doenst stand a chance…
I believe all of the Watchmen heros are copy cats of the Charlton heros so that alone sets them up for a beatdown! Okay. Okay. In reality I’ve enjoyed the Watchmen way more than any run of the Blue Beetle (except for maybe the JLI) but I’m still sticking by Beetle to out blue the Nite Owl.
????whut???
At least Ted Kord never had an impotency problem. As far as I kenew he was always ready for action.
But Ted Kord also never laid down with Silk Spectre… okay, admittedly, they’re from different universes. And in “Formerly Known as the Justice League”, he had a heart condition.
I’m going for Nite Owl, probably my favourite character from Watchmen.
Any chance to get to vote against “Watchmen”.
“i’m saving him for the ‘Titles DC Canceled, But Really Shouldn’t Have’ poll.”
Hey, there’s =another= poll Ted should win easily.
