Do they actually come up with an idea and get an experienced writer to help. Does the other writer write most or only part of it. Does the celebrity contirubute anything more than a name? Here's something. Did you know the guy who writes the Dexter books was the co-author of a book with Michael Dorn back when it seemed every Star Trek actor cowrote a book. Dexter covers say stuff like Dexter was his amazing first novel, but really he went for something like 10 years writing nothing special before he got lucky. Shatner replied"Now WHY.........would I DO........THAT?" My fiancee said I visibly wilted and that's the reason why I no longer care.....and I have never watched an episode of Boston Legal. But hey my stance saved me from sitting through Miss Congeniality 1 &2 ! (I must admit when I first recognized him I did say something along the lines of "F&*k me it's Captain Kirk!") I lost interest in anything Bill Shatner did years ago when in Kula Lumpa I politely asked him if I could have a photo taken with him.
