Marvel Comics has sent Major Spoilers information and preview images of What If? X-Men Deadly Genesis that will hit stores in December.

The What If? series has been selling like hotcakes, with What If? Spider-Man: The Other, and What If? Avengers Disassembled selling out at Diamond Comics.  What If?  Spider-Man: The Other will not be going back to print, so Marvel is encouraging everyone who want any of the What If? titles to get them soon.

In What If? X-Men: deadly Genesis, Marvel asks, “What if Vulcan an his team of X-Men had survived their attack against Krakoa?  Instead of surviving the encounter with the island, they succeeded in destroying it.”

The vibrant leader Vulcan leads the X-Men into the future and into a celebrity-like status.  However, when the remains of Krakoa are found drifting in space, a terrible secret that Xavier’s second team left behind threatens their newfound status in the spotlight.
