This week it’s all about costume design. It seems, in the superhero world, that the design is split between those with capes (Superman) and those without capes (Green Lantern).
This idea was explored with great result in Pixar’s The Incredibles a few years ago, but Major Spoilers is interested in your thoughts.

I prefer no cape but could I see Batman and Superman without one? No way. I always thought that Justice looked like a huge d-bag with his cape.
Good poll question. While I found The Incredibles scene amusing, I think if we suspend our disbelief in superheroes, we can suspend our disbelief in the issues that a cape brings to crimefighting. Besides, it just looks cool! :)
Capes look cool, but if a character wears one they would have to be an upper level hero. Otherwise they would just look like a punk.
i prefer capes, but only if it makes the character look good. spawn, batman are the best looking capes there is. shazam is just silly
It depends on the character (Goes without saying) But i voted Cape! Simply because the most iconic hero in my mind is The Batman, and without the cape you wouldn’t recognize him.
