The character later appeared in the regular Legion stories as a member of the Wanderers, leading readers to think she would eventually leave the Wanderers and join the Legion -- but that never happened. When Kid Quantum appeared post 5 year gap, it was thought his character and back-story was partially inspired by the Quantum Queen memorial in the "adult legion" story...
