While there have been a couple of attempts to tell a Dr. Horrible origin story, the official take on the villain’s past can only be found in the pages of Dr. Horrible #1 from Dark Horse Comics.

Frank Welker Still in the Running

According to an interview with Tom DeSanto, Producer on the Transformers movie, Frank Welker is still in the running to play the voice role of Megatron in the upcoming flick.� Fans of the cartoon series will be super happy if this happens, as the original duo (Welker and Peter Cullen) will be reunited in this tale of good versus evil – all in tranforming robot fun!

While Producer DeSanto is saying Welker is still in the running, it is interesting to see that IMDB.com has already cast him in the role.

Yeah! Frank is awesome… Hell, Frank is BEYOND awesome. I sincerely hope that he makes it, as any other Megatron voice seems wrong somehow.
