Marvel Sneak Peek: Hulk #3
--by Stephen Schleicher
Hulk #3 promises to give another big clue to the secret identity of The Red Hulk and features a smack down between Reddy and Rick Jones - a.k.a. Abomination a.ka. A-Bomb.
“For those of you who have been wanting more clues about The Red Hulk, this is a must have issue,” scribe Jeph Loeb enthused, “And it’s got a POW ending that will definitely bring you back for more! I am particularly digging the two covers, one by Ed and other by my Ultimatum pal, Dave Finch. It doesn’t get better than that!”
Marvel has sent Major Spoilers a sneak peek of the issue.

So Rick Jones is the new Abomination?
Ugh.

Not just teh Abomination but A-Bomb! - no really, that’s what the Marvel Press Release said… how sad.
At least you can rest warm tonight knowing your 70s era superheroes return tomorrow in Secret Invasion. If I were a betting man, I’d say all those Greg Horn paints are dead on right.

The ugh for the 70s era superheores is because any interesting character development in the last 30 years will probably be lost.

It’s such a mad paradox…awful, awful writing…yet beautiful McGuiness art. The result is that I love the look of A-Bomb and despise his background and indeed everything else about the comic.
