I can't remember the issue, but she came across Logan in the woods on some sort of spiritual quest. It seems here that he is referencing a romantic encounter though. Her warpaint commemorates that gesture. So by her doing that at the end of the issue, its proving she's not a Skrull - a Skrull wouldn't know that.
