Secret Invasion is Upon Us!
--by Stephen Schleicher
Flee to the hills! The aliens are among us! Red Scare! Red Scare! Red Scare!
I actually really dig this sneak peek at Secret Invasion #1 that arrives next week. Black Bolt and Elektra are known, but what are those “infiltration success” locations all about? Could those Greg Horn images actually be correct? And if you missed the Secret Invasion Prologue, you can check it out at the Marvel DCU (Digital Comics Unlimited). Registration is required.

So they’ve infiltrated Avengers Tower, but not Secret Avengers? Luke Cage might not be a Skrull after all! There shall be much rejoicing.
Oh, and first ten pages because I haven’t found an article about it here.

Well, Here’s who I figure is a Skrull based on that trailer:
Reed Richards- Baxter Building
Luke Cage - Sanctom Srtoruhdjkgk

Josh: I didn’t know if it would be Reed or Sue - after all, she’s the one in the Who Do You Trust Campaign, not Reed.

Yeah, I thought about that. But in this spiffy trailer, it seems to be showing a Skrull morphing into Reed at one point.
But, You’re right, based on the “Who Do You Trust?” posters and upcoming covers, Sue could be the Skrull.

I actually posted about that in the Forum but, even then, no one seemed to pick up on it.

It could be yet another continuity gaffe, but why is Reed acting like isn’t aware of the Skrull thing in this preview? After all, Tony showed him Elektra’s body and Blackbolt did try to kill them in Illumanati #5….
