Marvel has announced the creative teams behind the upcoming Avengers VS. Atlas series, that features the original Avengers taking on the forces of Atlas.

In Avengers Vs. Atlas #1, Jeff Parker and artist Takeshi Miyazawa take a dive with Namora! Meanwhile, PVP’s Scott Kurtz and fan favorite Zach Howard delve deeper into the mysteries behind Jimmy Woo in Avengers Vs. Atlas #2! Then, Venus takes center stage in Avengers Vs. Atlas #3 as the acclaimed creative team of Paul Cornell and Leonard Kirk reunite! Finally, red-hot writer Jason Aaron and former Atlas penciller Carlo Pagulayan team up for a story of Gorilla Man in the final thrilling issue!

Avengers vs. Atlas #1 arrives January 20, 2010.
