With invulnerability you can probably fake the rest with any number of exoskeletons that exist in the comic book multiverse. Rocket suit, ala Rocket Man, isn't a big deal if your invulnerable. Human Bullet from the Tick also comes to mind. "Fire Me Boy!" Has to be invulnerability. He goes to lift up their little VW Beetle, overcompensates, falls backward and suddenly has a muffler through the head. Now, not only where you "that really strong guy", but you're also known as "the dork that died trying to pick up the girly car." Yeah, give me Invulnerability. As long as it included my internal organs a well. I'd hate to end up like Luke Cage in Secret War. Got to go with invulnerability.
