I was able to pick him up in a 3-pack along with Obsidian & Braniac (YAWN). I just hope that Target gets their act together, as I've missed out on some of their exclusive box sets of late. That Gorilla Grod 6-pack was in and out of my area Targets before I had a chance to get out there. If anything Mattel realizes that these characters are highly collectible, as the secondary market really drives the price ... and people still pay for them. I know in your podcast you said that you didn't like how Mattel reuses a lot of the torsos for the characters, but that doesn't really bother me all that much. It was also reported that there might be more characters from the Timm-verse ... I would love me a Batman Beyond JLU styled figure.
